This volunteer, non-profit organization sews and donates baby items to hospitals and organizations that provide for the needs of premature and newborn babies that are sick or in crisis. Visit their website at www.newbornsinneed.org/chicago

The suburban Chicago chapter of Newborns in Need is based in Friendship Church. The volunteers meet on the 2nd Saturday of the month, 9:00 am until 12:00 noon. All who sew, knit, and crochet are welcome to join the group.
